The APP will be covering clinical oversight for early-phase oncology patients; management of high-acuity and protocol-driven care; daily APP staffing coordination and gap identification; provides advanced clinical care and operational leadership to support safe, efficient delivery of early-phase trials and maintain APP team stability; provides fellowship support (1 board certified fellow annually) and serves as a clinical resource to ensure fellows are supported in managing complex early-phase clinical trial oncology care; additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
