This position functions as a member of the Dysphagia Team which determines diet and fluid consistencies and appropriate mealtime strategies for residents. Position will manage assigned case load and attend department meetings to ensure resident care is achieved. This position has routine patient contact and participates as a knowledgeable resource in the planning of dietary needs for our residents. This position requires strong organization and time management skills, as well as active communication and collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
