Title and Summary Senior Product Specialist - SME Partner Enablement Why this role matters As a Senior Product Specialist, you'll play a critical role in enabling SMEs to bring products to market faster and with greater confidence. You'll serve as the day-to-day onboarding leader for a portfolio of partners-owning outcomes, navigating complexity, and ensuring products move smoothly from intent to launch. This role sits at the intersection of product execution, risk management, and partner enablement. You'll balance speed, risk, and collaboration while helping partners and product teams navigate onboarding with clarity and predictability. Beyond delivery, you'll have a meaningful opportunity to shape how onboarding works at scale-identifying patterns, reducing friction, and influencing improvements that strengthen the operating model as the SME ecosystem grows.
