Our Product Designers support and shape the evolution of Airwallex products. Working cross-functionally you will ensure consistency with, and contribute to, our brand and product architecture. We have big plans. What You'll Do: - Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Strategists, and Writers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services. - Indirectly lead the work of a team of talented designers, product managers and engineers as the defacto creative director of innovative projects. - Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside of core product teams; show strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills. - Have a keen understanding of research methods, technological, business and user opportunities and constraints. What You'll Bring: - 8+ years of experience in product design. - Excellent UX, visual and interaction skills and craft -a master in your field. - The ability to define direction and process, and lead others through it. - Can effortlessly motivate and drive small to medium teams to transform a product. - Demonstrated ability to help a team navigate ambiguity, set vision, and set strategy for global products. - Systems-thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design for offline experiences. - Experience with making complex information, tools, and services easily digestible for your audience. - Strong storytelling, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. - 0 to 1 experience or experience redesigning major elements of product, experience, or service design. We need an experienced and talented designer to drive enterprise ready improvements and cross cutting product design initiatives related to the Cloudera Platform. You will be leading the full user-centered design process, including: - User interviews - Competitor analysis - High fidelity interface designs - Prototypes - Feature validation - Working with engineering to uphold the quality of implementation Additionally, you will work closely with the entire design team to improve our process, our design system, and our design culture.
