Role Description We are looking for a high-caliber Content Operations Specialist to spearhead the growth of our client's US stock contract and derivatives business. - Lead the real-time narrative of our US equities coverage, ensuring our users receive the most timely and relevant analysis on breaking news and market themes. - Orchestrate tailored communication strategies that keep users active, informed, and consistently engaged with our contract offerings. - Develop content frameworks that serve as a catalyst for trading volume, focusing on high-intent user segments and deposit growth. - Dive deep into operational data to identify friction points and opportunities, ensuring our content strategy evolves alongside market conditions. - Work across the organization to uphold brand integrity, ensuring all output is timely, impactful, and fully compliant with global standards. Qualifications - 3+ years in a content or strategy role at an online brokerage or international financial platform, with a sharp focus on US equities. - Proven ability to manage user segments and execute data-driven tactics that foster long-term platform loyalty. - Demonstrable success in using content as a tool to increase active traders and per-user transaction frequency. - Self-starter who is comfortable with the schedule of the US market and committed to high-quality, compliant output.

• Own the end-to-end content production process using AI tools. • Develop and maintain prompt frameworks and AI-assisted workflows. • Own and maintain the content calendar. • Track and optimize newsletter performance metrics. • Own DemandTec's LinkedIn presence and execute a social content calendar. • Draft blog posts, articles, and content in partnership with marketing teams.

• Design, write, and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Reddit’s products in Go and sometimes Python • Dive deep into the codebase of a suite of services owned by the team as well as one of Reddit’s monolith legacy stack • Be able to make system level improvements, enhancements and implement complex code modifications. • Own the design & evolution of our platform and build for the next 4+ years of continued scale and growth of Reddit • Identify gaps in our current designs and lead redesigns of our platform to improve developer velocity and enable Reddit growth • Work collaboratively with other software engineers from Infra and Product orgs • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to integrate storage capabilities into broader storage infrastructure and use cases across Reddit. • Mentor and guide other backend engineers across the company
