• Manage all U.S. payroll tax compliance activities for the organization. • Ensure the company meets all federal, state, and local payroll tax obligations. • Maintain strong internal controls and drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance. • Oversee tax filings and ensure accuracy and timely submission of all tax returns. • Manage tax notices or inquiries from IRS and coordinate audits. • Work closely with Payroll, Finance/Accounting, HR, and Legal teams for alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in U.S. payroll and multi-state payroll tax compliance including federal, state, and local filings.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Smart Compliance and ADP GlobalView (or similar enterprise payroll system).
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Superior organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position will be responsible for the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations in specific general ledger areas.
