Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition

• Understand Snowflake’s evolving product and ecosystem, with a focus on AI capabilities, and conduct discovery calls, customised demos, and presentations for prospective customers. • Build and execute a territory strategy for Malaysia, identifying, creating, and progressing net-new opportunities across enterprise organisations. • Hunt for new strategic use cases by engaging both business and technology stakeholders, understanding their existing and future business and IT roadmap, and positioning Snowflake as a strategic platform for long-term data and AI transformation. • Focus on developing and deepening sales opportunities in your territory by proactively creating pipeline, building executive relationships, and championing high-value use cases. • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas, driving consistent activity, disciplined qualification, and strong pipeline development. • Work closely with Snowflake partners and internal cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance, to deliver value and accelerate deal progression.

Job Requirements

  • Deep field sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market.
  • A track record in securing new logos.
  • Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within one of the following spaces Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science and/or AI/ML.
  • A familiarity with solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organisation and contact management capabilities.
  • The ability to build our product and company like it’s your own, specifically defining and executing sales plans to meet strategic & financial targets, leveraging industry, partner & Go-to-Market knowledge.
  • This ability to provide open, honest and respectful feedback creating an inclusive work environment.
  • A reputation for Making Each Other Better: Resulting in long standing relationships with internal cross functional partners and the ability to create an inclusive work environment.
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
  • Experience hitting multi million $ revenue targets on an annual basis.
