Role Description Au sein d’une direction de 12 personnes, l’acheteuse/l’acheteur est intégré-e au Pôle Achats et est chargé-e d’élaborer et de suivre les procédures de marchés publics (fournitures, services et travaux), de conseiller les différents acteurs de Nantes Université, et d’assurer la sécurité juridique des achats de l’établissement. Par ses activités, elle/il contribue à l’amélioration de la performance des achats de l’établissement. Qualifications - Formation et/ou qualification : Bac +3 à Bac +5, idéalement dans le domaine de la commande publique ou des achats publics - Expériences antérieures en achat public, marchés publics ou commande publique indispensables - Expériences antérieures bienvenues pour occuper le poste : 2 à 5 ans Requirements - Bonnes connaissances de la réglementation des marchés publics et des travaux publics (textes relatifs aux marchés publics, CCAG, Loi MOP, etc.), du droit public, de l'actualité et de la réglementation économique et financière liée aux domaines gérés - Connaissance des éléments de développement durable - Maîtrise des applications bureautiques standard et métier (SAP, plate-forme des achats de l'État - PLACE, BOAMP, JOUE, navigateur internet, messagerie, traitement de texte et tableur) - Sens de l'organisation, de l'anticipation (planification) - Maîtrise rédactionnelle - Autonomie, qualités relationnelles, rigueur, capacité de travail en équipe (gestion des procédures en binôme), capacité d'adaptation, curiosité intellectuelle Benefits - Rémunération : selon la charte de gestion des contractuels de Nantes Université pour les non-titulaires, et suivant niveau d’expérience du candidat.
