Job Description

Technical Lead, Implementation Engineer

Tealium

• Lead the hands-on technical configuration, deployment, and validation of Tealium products • Write and debug performant, scalable JavaScript • Troubleshoot front-end issues including JavaScript tags and APIs • Implement best-practice data strategies • Develop custom attributes and features for customers • Integrate Tealium with marketing and analytics tools • Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into data strategy • Guide clients on customer data architecture and privacy-compliant data capture • Maintain a regular on-site presence with customers • Identify opportunities for expansion across the Tealium product suite

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience with Tealium’s full product suite or similar Digital Marketing technology
  • 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing, technical implementation, solutions engineering, or Martech consulting role
  • Ability to travel regionally
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web debugging tools
  • Strong understanding of data layers, tag management systems, and event-based architecture
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, server-side tracking, mobile SDKs, and data enrichment concepts
  • Exposure to privacy regulations and consent management platforms
  • Excellent communication skills — fluent in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
