• Drive AI-Powered Refactoring of Monolithic Platform Components: Spearhead initiatives to break up legacy systems, streamline architecture, and reduce production incidents, accelerating modernization across Tealium’s platform. • Design and Implement AI-Enhanced Code Review and Test Automation: Develop automated unit tests, improve test coverage, and eliminate manual QA bottlenecks, to enable faster, higher-quality releases. • Lead Measurement and Adoption of AI Tools: Establish AI scorecards, adoption KPIs, and metrics to track reductions in time-to-market, engineering efficiency improvements, and code quality gains (e.g., tickets closed per release, bug rates, code review cycle times), providing actionable insights to R&D leadership. • Evaluate and integrate best-in-class AI technologies, from code generation to test automation, to create a seamless and efficient engineering experience. • Establish and scale repeatable AI-assisted development workflows, standards, and reusable patterns across the R&D organization, with a focus on reducing bottlenecks and improving delivery speed and quality. • Serve as a technical authority and thought leader across the engineering org, promoting best practices and influencing decisions at all levels with a strong sense of ownership. • Drive large-scale modernization initiatives, partnering with other senior engineers to ensure adoption, scalability, and measurable impact. • Stay current with emerging AI and developer productivity trends, continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible within our platform. • Articulate technical vision and strategic decisions to senior stakeholders and leadership across engineering, serving as the connective tissue for cross-functional initiatives. • Drive multi-week implementations of AI-powered developer tools, ensuring successful delivery and integration.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers • Define and execute a modern quality strategy emphasizing automation • Incorporate AI-driven approaches into testing and quality analysis • Partner closely with Engineering and Product to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Drive automation-first practices across web, backend, and API testing • Establish data-driven quality metrics • Champion shift-left testing and shared ownership of quality • Collaborate with DevOps to improve release processes and observability • Identify quality risks and advocate for the customer

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features using TypeScript and Playwright, building on existing QA frameworks. • Document test cases and results clearly in the QA tracking system to ensure transparency and reproducibility. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating issues and findings clearly and proactively. • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of QA strategies to enhance overall product quality and efficiency. • Lead and advocate for QA processes across development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. • Deploy and manage builds in QA environments, leveraging appropriate tools to support testing workflows. • Analyze and evaluate automated testing framework results, identify issues, and drive actionable insights. • Adapt smoothly to shifting priorities, maintaining focus and productivity under changing project requirements.

• Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly differentiate Tealium’s data products in the market—tailored for both technical and business audiences. • Execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches and major feature updates, partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, enablement, and customer success teams. • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives, including use cases, customer benefits, and competitive advantages—anchored in deep knowledge of the CDP and MarTech landscape. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create technical enablement assets, such as architecture diagrams, code samples, integration briefs, and product deep dives targeted at the technical/developer audience while also ensuring messaging aligns with broader business value. • Support sales and field teams with customer-facing materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, FAQs, and objection handling guides. • Represent product marketing in customer conversations, technical webinars, and industry events, confidently engaging with a range of stakeholders from data engineers to CMOs. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategy and continually refine messaging and campaign content. • Partner with demand generation and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns, web, email, and events.

• Participate in rotating on-call approximately 20% of working time. • Lead end-to-end observability design for all features in production and internal usage. • Instrument features in Tealium products. • Implement monitoring and cost tracking. • Build open telemetry pipelines to track LLM request/response metrics, prompt engineering observability, token usage, hallucination detection, and failover.
