Field Excellence Manager – Lung

• Driving achievement of field execution KPIs that deliver desired sales results • Providing analytical and operational support to ensure field leaders have necessary information and insights • Supporting Regional Business Directors to identify, diagnose and understand key business trends • Generating insights and supporting desired field execution • Strategically allocating resources and broadly supporting field activities to achieve priorities • Supporting cross-functional collaboration across internal business partners to facilitate key business strategies and tactics • Partnering with Regional Business Directors to explore market trends, identify customer insights, and develop targeted business solutions • Designing and executing regional and district level Oncology Meetings/conferences to align with national brand strategies • Identifying and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure focus and discipline in field execution • Identifying opportunities and risks associated with achieving strategic targets • Creating and aligning strategic action plans based on insights from business, customers, and financial metrics & analytics • Utilizing insights from internal partners and stakeholders to develop a fully aligned and comprehensive annual regional business plan

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in sales, market research, forecasting, marketing intelligence, business analytics, strategic planning, finance, or management consulting is required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other business tools
  • Experience in leveraging common visualization software like Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI is preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Ability to work well in a matrix environment without direct line authority
  • Ability to influence thinking amongst senior leaders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strength in storytelling, data visualization and developing effective presentations
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, which may include overnight/weekend travel
