Project Manager

Mythics, LLC

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, stakeholders, and the project team. • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. • Lead the project team, providing guidance and direction to functional, technical, and change management resources. • Conduct regular status meetings, prepare project reports, and provide transparent communication to all stakeholders. • Manage the end-to-end implementation of or enhancements to PeopleSoft FSCM modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Grants, Project Costing, Customer Contracts, Billing and Accounts Receivable) and integration from HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Labor). • Ensure all project activities, from requirements gathering and design to development and testing, align with the defined scope and requirements. • Assist with the best practices Oversee system configuration and data migration efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity. • Collaborate with technical leads to manage integration points between PeopleSoft and other legacy or third-party systems. • Manage all project-related risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation strategies in a timely manner. • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and submitted in accordance with the scope requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, end-users, and external partners. • Assist in developing and executing a robust change management plan to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruption. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of work experience with 7+ years of experience in a project management or program management position.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading and managing PeopleSoft application implementations.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience with Public Sector customers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least one full-lifecycle PeopleSoft FSCM implementations.
  • Experience with technical teams ranging from 1 to 20 technical consultants.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • US based resource with US Citizenship or Green Card holder.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
