Role Description We are seeking an experienced High level Program Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise data migration program. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution, establish governance, and accelerate delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator—but a results-driven operator who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to complex programs. - Own and drive delivery of a large-scale data migration program, ensuring progress, alignment, and measurable outcomes - Develop and manage end-to-end program and project plans, including cross-team dependencies and timelines - Establish and maintain program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, and executive updates - Partner with stakeholders (VP-level and above) to align priorities, manage expectations, and remove blockers - Drive cross-functional coordination across technology, data, and business teams - Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to track progress, monitor metrics, and provide transparent reporting - Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively - Improve program velocity and execution by introducing best practices across Agile/Scrum frameworks - Ensure clear communication and accountability across all workstreams Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
