Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of EPC contracts, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Proficient in budget and cash flow analysis.
  • Solar EPC construction management experience highly preferred.

Role Description The Manager, Strategic Pricing & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the development of models and financial analyses of proposed contract rates for payer negotiations. Qualifications - Expertise in healthcare industry, managed care contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and pricing strategies. - Track record of strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability. - Advanced Excel skills required. - Fluency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. - Basic, working knowledge of SQL preferred. - Ability to understand, leverage, and audit pre-existing, complex Excel-based financial models, analyze large data sets, and translate insights into targeted, results-driven actions. - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with C-suite and executive leadership.
