• Design an deliver comprehensive enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue-facing teams • Develop onboarding curricula for new hires that accelerate time to productivity • Create ongoing training programs that keep teams updated on new products, features, messaging, and competitive positioning • Build certification programs and learning paths that reinforce core skills and knowledge • Deliver training through multiple formats including live sessions, self-paced learning, workshops, and hands-on practice • Leverage AI tools to create more engaging, personalized, and scalable learning experiences • Develop and maintain a library of enablement content including playbooks, battle cards, talk tracks, demo guides, and case studies • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into actionable sales and CS resources • Work with subject matter experts to capture and codify best practices • Use AI to streamline content creation, improve quality, and personalize resources for different audiences • Maintain a centralized enablement hub that makes it easy for teams to find and use the resources they need • Define success metrics for enablement programs and track progress against goals • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve program quality • Analyze data on content usage, training completion, and business outcomes to identify what's working and what's not • Use insights to refine enablement programs and demonstrate ROI • Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into enablement effectiveness • Partner with Sales and CS leadership to understand business priorities and align enablement programs to key initiatives • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to ensure teams are equipped to sell and support new launches • Work with Recruiting and HR on onboarding and new hire ramp programs • Build strong relationships with team members to understand their needs and challenges • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve enablement workflows and outcomes • Test and implement new AI tools for content creation, training delivery, and performance management • Share best practices and learnings with the broader team to elevate our overall approach to enablement • Stay current on emerging enablement technologies and methodologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) or ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) preferred
  • Instructional design or adult learning certifications preferred
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success enablement, or revenue enablement
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare technology preferred
  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology companies preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for content creation, training delivery, or program measurement preferred
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs
  • Experience creating enablement content and learning resources
  • Demonstrated experience measuring and reporting on enablement program effectiveness
