• Independently lead and manage complex consulting engagements and executive-level workstreams, serving as a trusted advisor to mid- and senior-level stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, executive-ready outcomes • Advise clients using Great Place To Works research, frameworks, and point of view, as well as expertise in organizational strategy, people analytics, leadership development, and employee experience, to deliver strategic recommendations tailored to client business priorities and context • Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear, compelling insights, narratives, presentations, and recommendations that drive informed decision-making and meaningful organizational action • Accountable for delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and strong collaboration across client and internal teams • Own strategic initiatives in support of the Advisory Services leader, including sales proposals, executive presentations, and other high-priority business initiatives • Facilitate executive discussions, workshops, focus groups, and strategic working sessions with confidence, credibility, and strong executive presence • Effectively deliver work through others by providing project-based coaching, sharing expertise, and ensuring project team members are equipped to successfully meet client and engagement objectives • Ensure all deliverables and client-facing outputs meet the highest standards for quality, strategic insight, clarity, and actionable recommendations • Effectively deliver work through others and seamlessly toggle between client-facing roles and hands-on execution
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in organizational consulting, leadership advisory, human capital consulting, industrial organizational psychology, or a related professional services environment
- 5+ years of experience leading medium-to-complex consulting engagements end-to-end
- 5+ years of management experience including leading matrixed, cross-functional teams with a strong track record of delivering excellence and developing others through coaching, feedback, and delegation
- Experience partnering closely with executives as a trusted thought partner or liaison
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including experience building senior-level presentations and facilitating strategic conversations
- Team player who can effectively toggle between leader and follower, between owner and contributor, and between mainstage and backstage roles as required to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up or oversight
