• Provide day-to-day coordination support across Talent Transformation projects • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out • Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure alignment • Maintain project governance artefacts, including status reports, action logs, and risk and issue trackers

• Lead and manage low voltage projects for data centers from design to construction completion, ensuring alignment with project milestones, budgets, and Cologix operational standards. • Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the Design and Construction Team, clients, and other stakeholders, incorporating innovative solutions to meet evolving data center requirements. • Assist in preparing construction and development estimates for building management systems and contribute to project budgets and unit cost reports. • Supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring proper installation practices, adherence to documents and codes, and high-quality outcomes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, building and maintaining relationships to enhance Cologix reputation as an industry leader. • Oversee procurement of BMS materials and equipment by both the contractors and Cologix, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project budgets and schedules. • Conduct site surveys, review drawings, schematics, and technical specifications, and lead project planning to ensure accurate and efficient execution. • Track project progress, prepare detailed status reports, and provide data-driven updates to management to support strategic decision-making. • Manage change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and project documentation, ensuring timely resolution and comprehensive record-keeping. • Ensure all BMS work complies with relevant building codes, electrical codes, industry standards, and Cologix policies. • Provide advanced technical guidance and problem-solving support to installation teams, addressing complex issues to maintain project quality and schedule performance. • Coordinate with the commissioning team to ensure seamless integration of BMS and successful project turnover to customers. • Develop key schedule activities for the BMS with the construction team and Cologix prior to commissioning and manage during commissioning to ensure work is completed in accordance with commissioning schedules. • Oversee the development of accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including as-built drawings, closeout documents, and letters of substantial completion. • Oversee the completion of project closeouts, ensuring all punch list items are resolved and final deliverables exceed client expectations. • Advocate safety as the number one priority on the jobsite, enforcing compliance with company and jobsite safety plans, policies, and all safety-related regulations. • Mitigate project risks through proactive planning, innovative solutions, and strategic partnerships with internal and external teams.

• Manage all aspects of DDC controls projects, including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess project needs, and ensure alignment of project goals and objectives • Demonstrate a strong understanding of DDC controls systems, building automation technologies, and industry best practices • Work closely with engineering teams to review design documents, ensure compliance with specifications, and offer expertise in DDC controls integration and programming • Coordinate with procurement teams to source and procure necessary equipment, components, and software • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that DDC controls systems meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations • Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings • Oversee the commissioning and testing of DDC controls systems • Lead project teams, providing clear direction, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative work environment • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DDC controls systems and recommend process improvements.

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical leads. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, milestone tracking, and risk logs. • Facilitate project kickoff sessions, sprint planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews in accordance with Scrum practices. • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, maintaining focus on delivery timelines and quality outcomes. • Identify, document, and escalate project risks and blockers proactively, driving resolution through appropriate channels. • Champion Agile principles and Scrum methodology across project teams, adapting practices to fit the context of enterprise IT delivery. • Serve as Scrum Master or project lead, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching team members on Agile practices. • Maintain and refine product and sprint backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders and team leads. • Track velocity, burn-down metrics, and sprint outcomes; communicate findings in retrospectives and status reports. • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing enhancements within the PMO framework. • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to the Director of Enterprise IT PMO and other stakeholders. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, action registers, change requests, and closure reports. • Adhere to and contribute to the evolution of New Era Technology's IT project governance standards, intake processes, and scoring rubrics. • Coordinate with vendors, manage service partners, and cross-departmental teams as required by project scope. • Manage project activities within approved project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent PMO tooling). • Support data integrity across project management platforms, ensuring records are current and auditable. • Assist in the development of standardized templates, project scoring rubrics, and intake forms as directed by the Director of Enterprise IT PMO.
