Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in the field of DDC controls systems or building automation
- Strong knowledge of DDC controls systems, including programming languages (such as BACnet, LonWorks, or Modbus)
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in the building controls industry
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
- Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices is desirable.
