• Oversee the team responsible for all informatics support ensuring the clinical work is high-quality. • Effectively lead and develop innovative solutions in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. • Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions. • Coordinate necessary support resources for the successful completion of projects. • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. • Collaborate with federal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align clinical informatic delivery with mission objectives, compliance, and procurement constraints.
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certification in Clinical Informatics
- 8 years of experience as a clinical informatics director and/or clinical informatics lead for a healthcare system (government or private industry)
- Proven ability to lead and manage large or complex projects working with federal agencies or contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)
