Role Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support the execution of digital content initiatives across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely passionate about content creation, video editing, and modern design trends. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming existing content into engaging short-form videos, social media assets, blog content, and marketing collateral. This is a hands-on execution-focused position rather than a strategy or community management role. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday - Australian business hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST) - Preferably staying in Manila. Key Responsibilities - Edit video clips into engaging short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar channels. - Create visually appealing social media graphics and marketing assets. - Design brochures, digital collateral, and branded materials. - Format and publish blog content using website builders and content management platforms. - Organize and maintain digital files, assets, and content libraries. - Support content production by contributing creative ideas and staying informed on current trends. - Ensure all content meets brand standards with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail. - Collaborate remotely with team members and communicate progress effectively. Qualifications - Proven experience creating social media content, either professionally or through personal projects. - Strong proficiency in CapCut for video editing. - Strong Canva skills for graphic design and content creation. - Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools. - Experience with other video editing or graphic design software is a plus. - Reliable high-speed internet connection with unlimited data. Requirements - Demonstrated portfolio of social media, video, graphic design, or content creation work. - Experience creating content that aligns with modern social media trends and audience preferences. - Familiarity with blog publishing platforms or website builders is advantageous.
