• As a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) at Kess, you will take responsibility for our social channels with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. • You develop creative content ideas, execute them independently, and continuously monitor platform trends, performance, and algorithms. • As part of our Social Media & Communications team, you work both operationally and strategically: you take a holistic approach to content, develop formats, and actively shape how we are perceived as a beauty brand. • In line with our brand guidelines, you ensure aesthetic storytelling, strong visuals, and a consistent brand presence.

• Verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Marketings. • Planung und Umsetzung von insbesondere Newsletter- und WhatsApp-Kampagnen. • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Segmentierungen, Automailings- und personalisierten Customer Journeys. • Analyse relevanter KPIs und die Durchführung von A/B-Tests zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Inhalten, Timings und Touchpoints. • Verantwortung für Content-Tonalität und visuelle Konsistenz unter Einhaltung unserer Brand-Guidelines. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Communications Team, insbesondere Copywriting, sowie anderen relevanten Stakeholdern. • Verantwortlich für die Lead-Generierung und den Ausbau unseres Verteilers. • Einbindung von Offline-Maßnahme (Paketbeilagen, Mailings, OOH, etc.) in unsere CRM-Strategie.
