This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and global growth. You’ll partner closely with North America counterparts to ensure and play a key role in driving measurable growth through data-led optimization, while also strengthening brand visibility, awareness, and positioning across channels. - Own paid media strategy and day-to-day execution across relevant international markets - Meta, Google Search, TikTok and emerging regional platforms relevant to key markets (Asia, UK/Europe, Middle East). - Hit weekly output KPIs across platforms, including a consistent cadence of new creative pushes to market; leverage AI and automation to unlock efficiency. - Analyse performance data and optimise towards key metrics like NC CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC. - Leverage top-performing organic content in paid media strategies that meet KPI standards, never sacrificing brand or reputation. - Develop and scale a high-velocity creative testing framework in collaboration with the creative team, covering audiences, hooks, formats, and landing page experiences; own the feedback loop between data and creative direction. - Use data analysis and attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros, or equivalent) to monitor performance, surface drivers, and optimise towards objectives. - Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid spend across all international markets, ensuring efficient and scalable growth with clear visibility into spend allocation. - Prepare and present regular performance reports, that include insights, untapped customer segments, learnings, and recommendations. - Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth at efficient CAC across each market. Qualifications - 5+ years managing paid media at meaningful scale across Meta and at least one other major platform (TikTok, Google/YouTube), preferably in DTC or subscription e-commerce. - Proven track record of scaling spend across multiple markets while maintaining or improving efficiency. - Strong grasp of growth marketing fundamentals: experimentation frameworks, attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch measurement. - Experience directing creative teams with data-driven briefs, and managing paid media agencies across social and search. - Proficient with attribution and analytics tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, or similar). Requirements - Experience running paid media in Asia markets (specifically HK, SG) and other high-priority international markets (UK/EU). - Working knowledge of creative analytics tools such as Motion or similar platforms for creative performance analysis. - Experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or longevity-adjacent DTC categories.
