• Lead and manage multiple software development teams, typically supporting 2 to 4 teams with 5 to 10 members each • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team members and team leads • Drive Agile best practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Ensure predictable delivery of high-quality releases aligned to product roadmaps and business commitments • Guide teams on system design, integration patterns, and scalable application development • Partner with architects and senior engineers to ensure technical consistency across platforms • Align development efforts with healthcare regulatory requirements and RCM workflows • Maintain working knowledge of claims processing, billing, remittance, and denial management systems • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting updates, risks, and strategy in a business-focused manner • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and client-facing teams • Support team capacity planning, staffing alignment, and organizational priorities • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Responsible for the review of datasets in submission ready standard format (ADaM), tables, figures, listings and submission packages • Provide expertise in the design, development and quality control process for SAS programs used to access, extract, transform, review, analyze and submit clinical data for all requested analyses • Collaborates with the study teams to design data structure and specifications for ad hoc and study deliverables including, but not limited to ADaM datasets, Tables, Figures, Listings and Analysis Submission content • Collaborates with study teams to ensure the quality and accuracy – thus submission readiness – of clinical data as required by authorities (i.e. SDTM, ADaM, tables, figures, listings, define.xml) • Leads and oversees requested efforts for pooled and exploratory analyses working closely with Statistics TA lead and/or study statisticians as well as with clinical programming team and their collection of legacy data • Leads and oversees the in-house specification and delivery of ISS and ISE datasets and associated output (tables, figures and listings) when not provided by CRO • Leads and oversees the design and implementation of complex SAS programs for applications designed to analyze and report complex clinical trial data in CDISC ADaM format • Leads and oversees the development of global tools that will increase the efficiency and capacity of the Statistical Programming group • Works closely with clinical study teams to plan and execute activities to ensure project timelines are met with high quality deliverables • Collaborates with CR&D staff regarding data analysis requests • Performs additional statistical analyses including but not limited to support responses to regulatory agencies, generate integrated summary of safety and efficacy, support publications and presentations, support planning and reporting of clinical trials via exploratory analyses of available data

• Develop mobile applications using Flutter and Dart • Participate in defining application architecture • Implement modern, responsive user interfaces • Create reusable and scalable components • Integrate applications with REST APIs, GraphQL and Firebase

• Drive the full lifecycle development (from conversational design to production deployment) of scalable chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents. • Maintain and optimize our current Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 stack while actively participating in the architectural migration to Microsoft Foundry and the Azure SDK for Agents 365. • Design and implement robust API integrations using MuleSoft as the central enterprise service bus to orchestrate data exchange between conversational front ends and core backend systems, including PeopleSoft and Salesforce. • Author and manage rich, dynamic conversational interfaces using Microsoft Dynamics Adaptive Cards, Knowledge Management systems, and Automation Flows across web, mobile, and messaging channels. • Build seamless escalation protocols, including live agent handoffs to Salesforce Live Chat and automated ticket routing via Salesforce Case Management APIs. • Integrate Hybrid AI strategies by combining classical NLU (Azure Conversational Language Understanding/CLU) with Large Language Models (Azure OpenAI/GPT) for intelligent intent routing, fallback handling, and contextual content generation. • Analyze conversation logs, containment rates, and intent accuracy metrics using data visualization tools to optimize conversational flows and minimize hallucinations continuously. • Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business logic into intuitive user stories and turn technical constraints into delightful user experiences.
