• Drive the full lifecycle development (from conversational design to production deployment) of scalable chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents. • Maintain and optimize our current Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 stack while actively participating in the architectural migration to Microsoft Foundry and the Azure SDK for Agents 365. • Design and implement robust API integrations using MuleSoft as the central enterprise service bus to orchestrate data exchange between conversational front ends and core backend systems, including PeopleSoft and Salesforce. • Author and manage rich, dynamic conversational interfaces using Microsoft Dynamics Adaptive Cards, Knowledge Management systems, and Automation Flows across web, mobile, and messaging channels. • Build seamless escalation protocols, including live agent handoffs to Salesforce Live Chat and automated ticket routing via Salesforce Case Management APIs. • Integrate Hybrid AI strategies by combining classical NLU (Azure Conversational Language Understanding/CLU) with Large Language Models (Azure OpenAI/GPT) for intelligent intent routing, fallback handling, and contextual content generation. • Analyze conversation logs, containment rates, and intent accuracy metrics using data visualization tools to optimize conversational flows and minimize hallucinations continuously. • Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business logic into intuitive user stories and turn technical constraints into delightful user experiences.
• Building Enhancements (40%): Flow Development: Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Flows to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient business processes while adhering to Salesforce best practices. • Custom Development: Build sophisticated solutions using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic tools to address complex business needs. • Ensure all customizations are secure, efficient, and compliant with Salesforce standards. • Integration Design: Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs or middleware, ensuring smooth data exchange and automation. • Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for technical solutions, processes, and configurations. • Defect Resolution (40%): Root Cause Analysis : Perform thorough investigations to identify underlying causes of issues and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence. • Performance Optimization : Continuously review and refine existing code and configurations to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Review business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability. • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and documentation aligned with real-world business scenarios. • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing across OnBase workflows and integrated SaaS platforms. • Validate end-to-end business processes, including document management, workflow routing, and system-to-system data exchanges. • Perform integration testing across enterprise platforms such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, DocuSign, and other third-party systems. • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows, provide testing support, and ensure solutions align with real-world business needs. • Create, coordinate, and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring effective execution and business validation. • Conduct system demos and walkthroughs to support stakeholder understanding and solution acceptance. • Identify, document, track, and validate defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring timely resolution. • Validate data integrity, reconciliation, and accuracy across systems, including transaction and document flows. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA leads, and platform teams to ensure alignment with quality standards and delivery timelines. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. • Manage and support testing across multiple concurrent projects and priorities. • Build subject matter expertise (SME) in OnBase workflows, integrations, and associated business processes. • Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, independently analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and driving resolution with minimal guidance. • Apply strong communication skills to clearly articulate testing outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
