Role Description The Implementation Analyst I is responsible for implementing and supporting supply chain technology solutions, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Blue Yonder, across customer sites and internal operations. This role supports system configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation activities while ensuring solutions are delivered using standardized methodologies and best practices. The role works closely with business users, customers, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to understand requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful implementation of business systems. Key Responsibilities - Solution Design & Support - Analyze business and customer requirements and assist in designing effective system solutions. - Recommend configuration strategies for predefined IT solutions that meet business needs. - Participate in software demonstrations, solution reviews, and fit-gap assessments. - Support implementation and support cost estimates. - Project Planning & Administration - Assist in project planning activities, including estimating implementation tasks such as system setup, testing, and training. - Track project activities and labor using project management tools and processes. - Prepare and deliver project status updates to project leaders and management. - System Implementation & Delivery - Configure, test, and deploy Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other business applications. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities. - Perform system setup, troubleshooting, training, and go-live support. - Ensure solutions are implemented using established implementation standards and methodologies. - Support post-implementation activities and ongoing system support. - Documentation & Training - Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation. - Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Facilitate training sessions for associates, supervisors, managers, and end users. - Develop testing scripts, training materials, and implementation documentation. - Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with IT leadership, business analysts, developers, QA teams, operations teams, infrastructure teams, customers, vendors, and third-party service providers. - Communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations throughout implementation projects. - Share knowledge and best practices across teams and divisions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required. - Master's degree in a related field preferred. - 2–5 years of experience in an Information Technology environment. - Experience implementing and supporting business systems or supply chain solutions preferred. - Experience with Blue Yonder WMS is needed. Requirements - Working knowledge of Information Technology systems and applications. - Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations. - Experience with system implementation, configuration, testing, and support. - Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent decision-making skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong presentation skills using Microsoft Office, Visio, and related tools. - Strong organizational and planning abilities. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective relationships. - Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. - Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.
