IS Applications Analyst, Professional Billing Claims and Remittance
Lourdes Health System
• Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining IT applications within the Virtua Health System • Provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, and develop logical data models using best practices for build and configuration, maintenance, and data integrity • Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols • Create and maintain all documentation for all assigned applications • Develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications • Knowledge and adherence to cybersecurity and HIPAA policies and practices • Provide day-to-day support of IT applications including error management, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems • Collaboratively work with vendors and IT partners to ensure on-going service and resolution of issues during upgrades and project • Monitor ServiceNow ticketing queue to quickly troubleshoot incoming ticket incidents and requests
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT or healthcare operations related field can also include coursework or healthcare/IT internship
- Healthcare Business or clinical specialty experience is preferred
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
- Epic PB certification in billing or claims/remits preferred
- Epic certification in Cadence or Grand Central and revenue cycle experience considered

Role Description Core4ce is seeking a skilled Informatics Policy Analyst to support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) initiative within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role is responsible for analyzing, developing, and evaluating policies, processes, and operational frameworks that support healthcare transformation and informatics initiatives. The Informatics Policy Analyst will leverage analytical, organizational, and process improvement methodologies to assess policy impacts, identify operational gaps, and support data-driven decision-making across healthcare and technology programs.
