• Aktive Neukundengewinnung im Bereich Isolierglas mit Schwerpunkt auf Fensterbauunternehmen • Aufbau und Entwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in den Vertriebsregionen Berlin, Brandenburg, Sachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt sowie angrenzenden Gebieten • Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen und neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für unsere Isolierglasstandorte Peißen, Zerbst und Eberswalde • Beratung von Interessenten und Neukunden zu unseren Produkten und Leistungen • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Entwicklung individueller und nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze gemeinsam mit unseren Fachabteilungen und Produktionsstandorten • Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen sowie Netzwerkaktivitäten • Begleitung neuer Kunden während der Anlaufphase und Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Starts der Zusammenarbeit • Nach erfolgreicher Etablierung der Geschäftsbeziehung: Übergabe der laufenden Betreuung an die zuständigen Standortvertriebe • Repräsentation der SEMCO-Gruppe bei Kunden, Veranstaltungen und Branchenkontakten
Job Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Fenster, Fassade, Glas oder verwandten Branchen, idealerweise im Vertrieb, Außendienst oder Business Development
- Technisches Verständnis für Produkte und Anwendungen rund um Isolierglas
- Freude an der Neukundengewinnung und am Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
- Strategisches Vertriebsverständnis und die Fähigkeit, Marktchancen erfolgreich zu erschließen
- Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und Gespür für individuelle Kundenanforderungen
- Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebietes
- Führerschein Klasse B
