Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Compensation or HR roles, ideally with exposure to Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex variable compensation plans and incentive strategies.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices and knowledge of budget planning and compliance regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to partner with other departments.
  • Experience as a People Leader, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
