• Distill scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into clear insights and decisions for the C-suite • Own program execution end-to-end - removing blockers, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and keeping CRO partnerships and dashboards on track • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Asset Entrepreneur: anticipate inflection points, model scenarios, and help determine when to accelerate, pivot, or pause • Bring rigor to every forum - Board updates, investor and BD discussions - with crisp slides, concise summaries, and decision-focused analyses • Partner with functional experts across clinical, translational, regulatory, and CMC to integrate science and execution seamlessly • Leverage AI and digital tools to organize complexity, accelerate workflows, and sharpen decision-making • Contribute to Enveda's institutional intelligence by documenting benchmarks, best practices, and learnings that make future programs faster and smarter
Job Requirements
- Background in biotech/pharma program management, asset strategy, management consulting, or operations
- Fluent with AI and digital tools - you see them as multipliers of judgment, not novelties
- Strong synthesizer: you turn complexity across disciplines into clear, data-driven strategic options
- Bias for action and excellent communication - gaps don't linger, and you can craft a compelling slide as easily as you can lead a decision-making discussion
