Job Description

Assistant, Digital Ad Ops

Nimble Talent

• Provide executional support for multiple accounts by performing assigned tasks including campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing & optimizations, tagging, reporting, screenshots, content creation, and troubleshooting • Work within a variety of ad platforms including Google DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more • Audit data quality and implement fixes and updates where needed • Communicate with internal team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately • Communicate with project lead(s) to attain details required to complete tasks successfully and without error • Receive and incorporate feedback to improve performance and efficiency on assigned tasks • Support team in developing more efficient processes and solutions

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in both Microsoft Excel and PPT - well versed in pivot table, pivot chart, vlookup, etc.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing language or digital marketing experience (programmatic, paid social, paid search)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail, proactive in QAing own work before delivery, and able to follow instructions with great accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ask questions in a timely and proactive manner to prevent a delay in deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally; willing to take feedback and take immediate action on it.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to ever changing task requirements
