Junior Operations Analyst – Enrollments, Temporary

• Act as the institution's main point of contact and focal point for isaac’s enrollment process, managing expectations and leading alignment meetings; • Ensure schools are fully trained on isaac’s enrollment process through online training sessions and provide support for operational questions; • Manage the full setup and configuration process for enrollment operations, handling multiple schools simultaneously and meeting SLAs; • Ensure schools have an outstanding and delightful experience with isaac; • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build client relationships;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work autonomously;
  • High sense of urgency to prioritize multiple tasks in parallel, with a focus on quality, consistency of delivery, and attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or operational tracking tools;
  • Proactive and collaborative profile, open to feedback and continuous learning;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
