HCM Practice Technology Manager

• Lead cloud adoption initiatives, guiding organizations through cloud transformation strategies, implementation planning, and operational readiness • Develop and execute organizational change management plans to support cloud technology adoption and business process transformation • Oversee technical and functional configuration of cloud solutions to align with client business objectives and compliance requirements • Provide leadership and mentorship to consulting teams, technical resources, and project stakeholders • Establish and manage cloud governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks • Assess organizational readiness and develop strategies to mitigate adoption risks and implementation challenges • Collaborate with client executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align cloud initiatives with strategic goals • Support business development activities, including solution development, proposal support, client presentations, and capability demonstrations • Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, risk assessments, and executive-level status reports • Ensure successful delivery of cloud transformation engagements by managing scope, quality, schedule, and stakeholder expectations • Promote best practices for cloud security, operational resilience, and change management across client engagements

Job Requirements

  • US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud technologies, enterprise systems, organizational transformation, risk management, or related technical disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years of consulting, leadership, program management, or related technology experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading cloud adoption, digital transformation, or enterprise modernization initiatives
  • Experience implementing organizational change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Experience supporting technical and functional configuration of cloud-based platforms and enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of cloud governance, risk management, compliance, and security principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in complex consulting environments
