Role Description A Agilize está buscando um Tech Manager SR para integrar nosso time de engenharia, nossos squads de EngOps e FinGrowth. Você será responsável por pessoas, processos e entregas — equilibrando crescimento do time, qualidade de software e velocidade de delivery. Buscamos alguém que saiba trabalhar com alta demanda operacional e que tenha capacidade de visualizar oportunidades de automações e resoluções de problemas na causa-raiz. - Liderar e desenvolver um time de engenheiros (1:1s, feedbacks, planos de carreira e avaliações de desempenho). - Garantir saúde do time e cultura de engenharia: colaboração, ownership e melhoria contínua. - Conduzir o planejamento e a execução do roadmap junto com o Product Owner, assegurando previsibilidade e qualidade nas entregas. - Acompanhar, definir e evoluir processos de engenharia e entrega de software. - Atuar como ponte entre o time técnico e os stakeholders (Produto, Negócio, Liderança). - Apoiar o time nas decisões e elevar a régua de qualidade — como facilitador e removedor de obstáculos. - Acompanhar métricas do time (Lead Time, Throughput, Cycle Time, Reaction Time, etc). - Garantir que processos críticos sejam cumpridos dentro do prazo governamental. - Escrever relatórios semanais para lideranças da empresa. Qualifications - Ter atuado como engenheiro de software em algum momento da carreira. - Experiência prática atuando como Tech Manager, principalmente gerenciando pessoas, conduzindo 1:1s e feedbacks, além de acompanhar a performance do time. - Comunicação clara e argumentativa para tratar com demandas de diferentes perfis: stakeholders técnicos e de negócio. - Conhecer metodologias ágeis (Kanban e Scrum) e práticas modernas de engenharia (Pair Programming, Mob Programming e Code Review). Requirements - Experiência prévia em fintech, seja com contabilidade ou produtos financeiros. - Familiaridade com métricas de engenharia (Lead Time, Throughput, Cycle Time, Reaction Time, etc). - Capacidade de gerir riscos, especialmente os que envolvem prazos governamentais. - Experiência com observabilidade e telemetria de sistemas. - Capacidade de escrever queries para extrair insights. - Utiliza Inteligência Artificial para alavancar resultados e otimizar processos. - Tenha espírito de liderança mas que permita o desenvolvimento de pessoas menos experientes. - Capacidade de atuar em mais de uma frente de trabalho ou múltiplos squads se necessário.
