Role Description Filo Mortgage is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Wholesale Mortgage Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on email marketing strategies and social media content creation. In this role, you will engage and nurture relationships with mortgage brokers through targeted email campaigns and social media initiatives, promoting our wholesale mortgage rates, programs, and services. Key Responsibilities - Email Marketing Strategy: - Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at mortgage brokers to promote rates, new products, services, and company initiatives. - Create compelling email content, including newsletters, product updates, and educational resources tailored to brokers' needs. - Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to refine and optimize campaigns. - Download lists from loan origination system to support email marketing campaigns. - Social Media Management: - Implement a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement with mortgage brokers across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. - Create and curate relevant, high-quality content including graphics, articles, and videos that resonate with the mortgage broker audience. - Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement and addressing inquiries. - Compliance and Best Practices: - Ensure all marketing communications comply with industry regulations and company policies. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and social media. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry. - Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a part-time capacity. Description FLSA Classification: Exempt Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Work Location: Remote Summary: Maintains all accounting operations, ensuring GAAP compliance, accurate financial reporting, and strict internal controls for lending activities. Oversees month-end closing, manages cash flow, monitors mortgage origination/hedging, leads audits, and provides strategic forecasting for executive team. Duties and Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of accounting operations, transactions related to general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. - Reconcile bank accounts - Perform monthly closing, ensuring accuracy of balance sheets and income statements. - Analyze budget vs actual month over month variances. - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports. - Coordinate and prepare tax schedules, returns and information. - Manage cash flow - Monitor origination, pipeline hedging, and warehouse lending activity to ensure proper accounting. - Develop controls, manage tax compliance, and ensure adherence to mortgage regulations. - Oversee loan funding accounts and cash flow forecasting. - Other finance and administrative duties as required Requirements Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - CPA is highly preferred. - Proven experience in mortgage banking accounting. - Proficiency with LoanVision accounting software and advanced Excel. - Understanding of mortgage loan lifecycles and Dodd-Frank/regulatory requirements.

Description Filo Mortgage, L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Mortgage Underwriter to join our team. This position is fully remote and is a full-time, regular W-2 position. The incumbent must have both DE and SAR designations and have strong experience underwriting VA, FHA and conventional loans. In this role you will evaluate borrower income, analyze credit reports and debt information, determinate and review assets and collateral, and review mortgage file it ensure it meets investor requirements. Description FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Wholesale Operations Manager Work Location: Remote Schedule: M - F (west coast business hours) Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide consistent and thorough compliance support to the mortgage lending staff by ensuring all regulatory requirements of the TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rule are met while following all other regulatory and investor guidelines through disclosing and pricing of mortgage loans.
