• Independently establish, monitor, and evaluate accurate and timely completion of control steps within various change requests workflows • Maintain complete and timely documentation of process control work and job aids within team sites and/or shared libraries • Responsible for providing CSS leadership with timely status updates and establishing reporting provided at regular intervals (ie. Quarterly reviews) • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure implementation of process steps • Evaluate and document of KPI/KRI for L3 process • Responsible for daily reviews of CSS configuration build activity across platforms to ensure production changes are supported by the business request • Capture and document results of build activity monitoring • Verify and validate systems set up against business requirements to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Collaborate with CSS design and build resources regarding discrepancies between requests requirements and system setup • Establish regular vendor process reviews and documentation update operating rhythm • Ensure adherence to performance SLA’s and escalate issues to management immediately • Participate in finding ways to increase efficiency, improve team performance and offer improvement suggestions when appropriate • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial support for several business functions within the organization. Areas of focus include: - Financial reporting and analysis of global expenses - Preparation and presentation of monthly financial results to relevant budget owners - Coordination with the business and accounting teams - Preparation and management of key monthly financial documentation and processes - Key performance metrics reporting Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: - Manage the preparation of required monthly presentations of financial results and KPI’s for the appropriate business leaders. - Serve as primary FP&A contact for Senior Leaders of the Company, including management of the annual budget and monthly forecast process for each function. - Drive financial analysis and forecasting, which includes analysis of actual financial and operational results at individual budget level and regular meetings with budget owners to discuss results. - Evaluate areas for process improvement and manage the implementation of those improvements. - Assist with evaluating operations and financial modeling to support strategic goals. - Review monthly actual financial results during the close process to ensure accuracy. - Complete various ad hoc analyses as required. • Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ/CSLL and PIS/COFINS, respectively); • Reconciliations and analyses of all balance sheet and income statement accounts; • Preparation of month-end close and monthly trial balances, management reports, and the complete set of financial statements; • Preparation and filing of SPED ECD and ECF; • Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/CPC); • Solid knowledge of companies taxed under the Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido regimes; • Advanced experience calculating PIS/COFINS under both cumulative and non-cumulative regimes, and calculating IRPJ/CSLL for Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido.
