• Opening insurance claims for No-Fault benefits and Bodily Injuries. • Communicating effectively with insurance companies on a daily basis via email and phone to obtain status updates on Liability and BI amounts. • Contacting hospitals, medical offices, and doctors to obtain status reports on client attendance and treatment. • Reviewing and organizing medical records, extracting relevant information, and storing documents chronologically and neatly within the electronic system. • Answering calls, taking information, and patching calls to the proper personnel in the US. • Staying on top of clients' weekly treatment attendance. • Maintaining strict confidentiality and security of all patient information. • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum college degree required.
  • Must have customer service experience or skills to engage effectively with US clients.
  • Previous experience in roles such as secretaries, medical scribes, or legal assistants is highly valued.
  • Must have Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Email, CRM Systems, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent professional writing skills for corresponding with insurance companies.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with insurance policies, claims processes, and regulations
  • Candidates must be based in LATAM or the Caribbean.
