Title and Summary Director, Product Management - Corporate Solutions The Product & Commercialization Strategy, Corporate Solutions, will be responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering issuer- and client-centric product solutions across the Middle East & Africa (MEA), aligned to both regional and global priorities. This role will drive the growth and differentiation of Mastercard's Commercial Solutions portfolio by bringing new products, partnerships, and value-added services to market, while developing commercialization strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue growth. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of product, sales, partnerships, and strategy, translating market opportunities into scalable solutions and commercial outcomes across Business, Corporate, and Government segments. The role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of initiatives that generate incremental sales volume, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation for Mastercard and its customers, while serving as a key link between regional market needs and global product priorities. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Innovation• Lead the regional rollout and adoption of global Corporate Solutions products, acting as the primary feedback bridge between regional markets and global product teams.• Identify, evaluate, and launch new products, partnerships, and value-added services across the Corporate Solutions portfolio, including co-brands, rewards, and differentiated customer value propositions.• Develop business cases, market assessments, and go-to-market strategies to support product expansion and innovation priorities. 2. Commercialization & Sales Enablement• Develop commercialization strategies, sales plays, and value propositions that enable Business Development teams to accelerate growth across key customer segments and use cases.• Identify and scale best practices from global and regional markets, translating them into repeatable and actionable growth opportunities.• Partner closely with sales teams on strategic opportunities, customer engagements, proposal responses, and solution positioning while monitoring market trends and competitive activity. 3. Ecosystem Development & Strategic Growth• Identify and develop growth opportunities across the broader B2B payments ecosystem, including fintechs, ERP providers, expense management platforms, and strategic partners.• Drive strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities that expand market reach, solution capabilities, and revenue growth.• Serve as a thought partner to regional leadership on business growth, market expansion, ecosystem strategy, and innovation priorities. Preferred Experience• 10+ years of experience across product management, strategy consulting, commercialization, business development, or payments.• Strong understanding of commercial payments, corporate cards, treasury, expense management, accounts payable, and B2B payment ecosystems.• Demonstrated experience launching products, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving cross-functional initiatives.• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable business outcomes.• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.• Experience working across global, regional, and market-level teams in a highly matrixed environment. Role Description We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and mission-driven Regional Director to oversee clinic operations across multiple centers. Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), the Regional Director will play a key leadership role in supporting Clinic Directors (CDs), enhancing clinical outcomes, managing training programs, and ensuring operational excellence.
