Role Description Benefit Programs Specialist IV represents the leadership level in the occupational group. Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or website implementation. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Experience with CMS/website platforms. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment. - Familiarity with the automotive industry (not required).
