Role Description In our Customer Care area, the Relationship Manager develops deep relationships with advisors, plan sponsors, and third-party administrators that are in our 10M - 200M market space in the Kentucky area. This role is the strategic partner to our clients and advisors to provide creative solutions that meet business goals of retention, growth, and retirement readiness to name a few. - Collaborate with the plan sponsor and the advisor on plan design, investments, retirement readiness, services and new opportunities. - Plan level health reviews. - Problem solving complex issues. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent retirement industry experience required. - Qualified Plan knowledge strongly preferred (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution). - Excellent demonstrated leadership, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills required. - Superior interpersonal, analytical, and oral and written communication skills. - Must become an associated person of Principal Securities, Inc. - Travel required (25 - 30%), mostly day travel but there will be some overnight travel as well. - Licensing will be required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy in accordance with current licensing policy. - The below licenses are required within 5 months of employment (strong preference for fully licensed): - FINRA Series 6 or 7 - FINRA Series 63 - Life & Health Requirements - Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly): $84,600 - $171,600 / year - Relationship Manager II: $84,600 - $139,700 / year - Relationship Manager III: $104,400 - $171,600 / year Benefits - Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees. - Pension Eligible: Yes Location - Due to territory, the ideal candidate will reside in Kentucky, Indiana, or Ohio. Role Description ADTRAV is seeking an Associate Manager VIP Operations to support the manager in overseeing daily operations of a high-touch VIP travel team. Candidates for this position are required to be a US Citizen per contract requirements and pass extensive government clearances, that include reviewing criminal history, credit, employment, and IRS tax information. - Work with the manager to supervise a team of agents who book travel requests on behalf of clients and ensure agents provide an excellent customer service experience in every interaction. - Assist the manager with the day-to-day operations of the department and motivating and supervising VIP travel consultants. - Oversee all itineraries by verifying reservations have all appropriate information and reviewing travel authorizations. - Research agent and client issues promptly by gathering information and then provide information to manager. - Assist the manager in monitoring call volume, ensuring agents are available to service clients. - Assist the manager with payroll preparation activities to include reviewing time off requests and time punches. - Provide coaching and training to agents on how to service travelers and on policies and procedures of the company. - Review turnover transaction rates and errors/write offs and work with manager to address with agents. - Monitor the pre/post trip reporting. - Utilize various applications, including GDS, online booking tools, and various internal applications. - Identify process and workflow efficiencies and provide recommendations to management on how to improve. - Be able to assist travelers and book itineraries as needed. - Understand ADTRAV products, systems, and processes to assist agents and clients. - Become knowledgeable in ADTRAV's industry and customer base. - Participate in ongoing training to continuously build knowledge and skills in the industry. - Represent ADTRAV by embracing the company values and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned.
