Job Requirements
- 06+ Years of Experience in UI/UX Engineering including Product Designing
- Senior-level experience with the ability to work autonomously and comfortably in a remote setup
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
- Ability to design seamlessly for both LTR and RTL layouts
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric product design
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Experience owning, maintaining, and scaling design systems
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and user flows
- Strong ability to brainstorm fresh ideas and proactively recommend best-practice user flows
- Strong understanding of UX research and usability testing
- Experience working with iterative design methodologies
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to synthesise feedback and adapt designs quickly
- Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles
