Job Requirements
- Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate design workflows and increase velocity
- Strong hands-on product design skills with the ability to take products from concept through high-fidelity designs and implementation
- Demonstrated experience designing products that incorporate AI capabilities and intelligent features
- Ability to define the vision for product design within a software organization
- Expertise in overseeing the evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms
- Deep expertise in conducting research to inform long-term product strategy and identify new software opportunities
- Ability to drive organizational change and process improvements to enhance design maturity
- Expertise in using success metrics to evaluate the impact of design solutions on user outcomes
- Ability to mentor designers and provide strategic input to product and engineering leadership
