Role Description Ajaia is hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer to help build and scale products that solve meaningful problems. Qualifications - 1-5 years of experience in product design, brand design, or adjacent digital design roles. - Portfolio required with strong examples of UI/UX, websites, and brand communication work. - Strong product mindset with a passion for solving customer problems. - High motor, self-starter mentality, and a bias toward action. - Ability to independently drive projects and make progress in ambiguous environments. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience building software applications, personal projects, startups, open-source contributions, internships, or professional products. - Comfort working across both frontend and backend systems. - Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies. - Experience in healthcare, medical devices, health tech, digital health, or clinical workflows is preferred but not required. - Experience with AI-enabled products or data-driven applications. - Understanding of security, privacy, or compliance requirements in regulated environments. • Architect AI-Driven Solutions • Own the ongoing development of our multi-modal social content processing systems and brand safety applications. • Collaborate closely with lead data scientist and MLOps colleagues to implement and federate large-scale vector embeddings network services. • Design and implement agentic tooling and applications. • Build Scalable APIs and webhooks: Design and deploy production-scaled backend applications using Node.js and Python, ensuring high performance and reliability. • Bridge Data & Application Engineering: Audit database architectures, implement complex data pipelines, and interface with devOps/ETL methodologies to support data-heavy product features. • Drive Full-Stack Innovation: Support frontend colleagues building React (leveraging Joy UI or Material) and TypeScript interfaces. • Consult & Collaborate: Act as a technical consultant within the organization, advising on best practices for cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and database strategy to support our Innovations roadmap.

• Design and implement the core data platform powering our next-generation product architecture. • Focus on building scalable data ingestion, transformation, and integration across multiple internal and external data sources, using AWS-native services. • Establish a robust data lake and transformation layer supporting APIs, microservices, and downstream analytics.

• Deliver end-to-end full stack development for features that meet scalability, maintainability, and performance expectations • Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using best practices in IaC and DevOps tooling • Monitor service reliability, performance, and availability against SLA standards • Design component-level architecture and ensure alignment with system-wide goals and standards
