• Design and implement the core data platform powering our next-generation product architecture. • Focus on building scalable data ingestion, transformation, and integration across multiple internal and external data sources, using AWS-native services. • Establish a robust data lake and transformation layer supporting APIs, microservices, and downstream analytics.

• Deliver end-to-end full stack development for features that meet scalability, maintainability, and performance expectations • Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using best practices in IaC and DevOps tooling • Monitor service reliability, performance, and availability against SLA standards • Design component-level architecture and ensure alignment with system-wide goals and standards

• Architect and own critical systems that span route planning and dispatch including route optimization algorithms, dispatch state machines, and real-time tracking infrastructure. • Design scalable backend services that handle tracking and execution of hundreds of thousands of routes in real time. • Build web interfaces and APIs that allow dispatchers and fleet managers to create, assign, and monitor routes and deliveries. • Implement integrations with TMS/ERP systems that process millions of route events a day. • Work closely with PMs, designers, and engineers across time zones to ensure cohesive product experiences. • Mentor senior engineers, set technical direction, and raise the bar for design and code quality across the team. • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and customer success to bring features to market.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for next-generation pluggable optics and adjacent products, driving innovation and differentiation across the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Line Management (PLM). • Serve as a technical authority and customer-facing expert on customer calls and site visits., supporting strategic customer engagements and complex technical escalations. • Own the development and qualification on new and emerging technologies including Digital Coherent Optics (DCO) and next generation technology. • Lead validation, interoperability, and qualification efforts for transceivers across multiple platforms and network environments. • Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex transceiver issues, working directly with customers and manufacturers to resolve them. • Provide technical guidance on transceiver coding, configuration, and product data management, ensuring consistency, traceability, and scalability across the portfolio. • Develop a strong relationship with sales team to increase support for key customers. • Advise on laboratory strategy, tooling, and infrastructure, ensuring lab capabilities support current and future optic development and testing needs. • Create and maintain testing and technical requirements documents for customers and vendors. • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in transceivers, influencing internal strategy and external partnerships.
