Role Description Streem is ANZ’s leading media intelligence platform, providing live monitoring of print, digital, TV, radio, podcasts, and social media to Australia and New Zealand’s most influential organisations. Our Curation team powers the daily reports these clients rely on to stay ahead of every news cycle, working overnight to ensure reports land in inboxes on time. This role suits you if: - You’re a natural night owl. You’ve worked nights before, or you genuinely function better after midnight. - You follow Australian news and politics closely. You know the difference between a reliable source and noise, understand which outlets lead on which beats, and can spot a story’s significance without prompting. - You write and summarise quickly and accurately under deadline pressure. You can distil a complex news cycle into a clean, client-ready report with speed and precision. - You’re self-directed. Working remotely in a quiet window means you manage your own time, flag issues proactively, and stay on track autonomously. What you’ll do: - Curate and approve Daily Email Reports, including Coverage Summaries, Front Pages, Leading News Tables, and Stock Charts, for government and commercial clients; - Produce transcripts and quality-check TV and radio content; - Provide early-morning client support via phone, email, or live chat; - Monitor team workflows and maintain service standards throughout your shift; - Interpret client briefs and feedback to deliver tailored, accurate reports; - Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams as needed. Qualifications - 2 to 3 years of relevant experience; - A strong working knowledge of the Australian media landscape (bonus points if you’re in tune with the political landscape); - Excellent written communication, e.g. sharp, concise, and accurate under time pressure; - The ability to juggle multiple client deadlines simultaneously without dropping detail; - Strong critical thinking skills and comfort working with data, trends, and insights; - A degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, PR, or a related field is a plus; - Experience working night shifts, early mornings, or non-standard hours is a plus; - Familiarity with media monitoring, analytics, or social listening tools is a plus; - Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, CRM platforms, project management tools, or Boolean search experience is advantageous. Benefits - Remote-first work setup; - Extra leave days (paid birthday leave, wellbeing days, volunteering leave + more); - $3,000 annual upskilling allowance; - $2,000 referral scheme, corporate discounts, and novated leasing options.

Reporting directly to the CPO with founder-level exposure, you have the rare blank-slate authority to reshape our entire delivery framework and make production a definitive competitive advantage. Responsibilities - Guide the end-to-end delivery of all game content, standing as the single anchor point of accountability for ensuring our episodes ship on time, on budget, and at a predictable cadence. - Establish, define, and continuously improve our core studio workflows, shaping everything from sprint cadences and estimation models to feedback loops and cross-team handoffs. - Manage day-to-day project operations directly within the development pipelines, diving deep into the trenches alongside engineering and design whenever roadblocks emerge. - Own the core cost-per-episode metric, actively analyzing dashboards to isolate waste, untangle operational friction, and steadily improve financial efficiency over time. - Empower an ambitious, junior production team to grow by providing clear direction, maintaining high quality standards, and having direct, constructive conversations when the team needs them. - Partner closely with the CPO, founders, and wider cross-functional leads to align resource capacity with the broader studio roadmap, clearing the path for upcoming product expansions. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience in games production, with at least two in a senior or lead role.
