• Grow and scale our testimonial ecosystem. • Source and onboard real users for testimonial campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook Groups, in-app flows, and email outreach. • Understand testimonial pricing and compensation structures, communicate clearly with contributors, and manage negotiations when needed. • Handle testimonial agreements, consent forms, rights management, and payment coordination with high attention to detail and responsibility. • Maintain a clear and structured archive of all testimonial materials, contracts, and contributor statuses across Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Docs, and internal trackers. • Ensure all materials are properly labeled, organized, and accessible for Creative Production, Affiliate Marketing, and other internal teams. • Edit and retouch photos using AI to prepare visuals for internal teams and campaigns; Perform light video editing/marking in Adobe Premiere Pro to prepare raw materials for editors and production teams. • Be part of the creative production process: Actively participate in creative production discussions, design loops, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews to better understand content needs and creative direction. • Understand marketing funnels, creative requests, and performance-driven content needs to help source the most relevant user stories and materials. • Adapt existing testimonial briefs and independently create new briefs based on campaign goals and previous successful examples. • Collaborate closely with Creative Production, CRM, Affiliate Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of assets.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in testimonial coordination, UGC sourcing, content operations, community management, or user research.
  • Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills — empathetic, organized, and user-first.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working with structured systems, trackers, archives, and follow-up cadences.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple contributors, deadlines, agreements, and creative requests simultaneously.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Google Workspace tools, File management systems (Dropbox, Google Drive)
  • High level of ownership and responsibility, especially when handling commercial-use materials, contributor payments, agreements, and budget tracking.
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams.
  • Bonus: Airtable experience
