• Create marketing videos from concept to final delivery - whether developing an original idea yourself or bringing an existing concept to life • Generate and develop creative hypotheses based on performance data, player behavior, market trends, and competitor research • Take ownership of your creatives and contribute to their performance improvement • Actively use AI tools throughout the creative process: ideation, asset creation, production, and iteration • Collaborate closely with the team lead and fellow creatives to exchange ideas, feedback, and learnings • Create and continuously improve high-performing marketing creatives that drive user acquisition results

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop; experience with Unity is a plus
  • Strong motion design, video editing skills, visual sensibility and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
  • Experience using AI tools for creative production
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate original ideas
