Job Requirements
- Experience with Iliad T3
- Hands on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
- Strong familiarity with Splunk and Datadog
- Scripting skills in Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript, or Shell
- Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required

Role Description Leads enterprise performance engineering efforts to ensure system scalability, stability, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed cloud and hybrid environments. Responsible for designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies while identifying bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. Works closely with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness, optimize system performance, and support high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS environments.
