Role Description Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Contábil para apoiar as rotinas contábeis da empresa, garantindo organização, precisão nos registros e suporte às demandas operacionais da área. Essa oportunidade é ideal para quem está em desenvolvimento na carreira contábil e deseja atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com aprendizado contínuo e contato com diferentes processos financeiros e contábeis. Como Analista Contábil, você será responsável por apoiar as atividades operacionais da contabilidade, garantindo que os registros contábeis estejam corretos, organizados e atualizados, contribuindo diretamente para a qualidade das informações financeiras da empresa. Você atuará em parceria com diferentes áreas internas, apoiando processos de conciliações, lançamentos e controles contábeis. Responsibilities and Assignments - Realizar contabilizações e classificações contábeis; - Efetuar lançamentos de despesas sem nota fiscal; - Apoiar lançamentos de receitas diversas, incluindo receitas financeiras; - Realizar lançamentos relacionados à folha de pagamento; - Efetuar lançamentos contábeis de guias de impostos; - Apoiar processos de conciliação bancária; - Realizar conciliações de clientes e fornecedores; - Apoiar controles e conciliações de impostos a recuperar e a pagar; - Auxiliar nas rotinas de intercompany; - Dar suporte no controle do ativo imobilizado e depreciação; - Garantir organização e atualização dos registros contábeis e documentos da área. Qualifications - Organização e atenção aos detalhes; - Perfil analítico e proativo; - Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; - Interesse em desenvolvimento técnico e aprendizado contínuo; - Comprometimento com prazos e qualidade das entregas. Requirements - Ensino superior cursando em Ciências Contábeis; - Conhecimento em rotinas contábeis; - Conhecimento obrigatório em SAP Business One; - Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Excel. Role Description CTG is seeking experienced Epic Principal Trainers (PTs) to support an Epic implementation and optimization initiative. This is a multi-hire effort across several modules, requiring professionals who can design, develop, and deliver high-quality end-user training aligned with Epic standards and client workflows. We are actively hiring for Principal Trainers with experience in one or more of the following areas: - Ambulatory Core: Nursing & Ancillary - Behavioral Health / Ambulatory - Provider / Ambulatory - Healthy Planet - Cadence / Prelude - Grand Central - Cogito - HIM / Identity - Hospital Billing (HB) / Professional Billing (PB) - Beaker - Dorothy - eLearning / Instructional Design Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Epic training programs and curriculum - Build training environments, exercises, and scenario-based learning aligned to workflows - Develop training materials including: - Instructor-led training content - eLearning modules - Quick reference guides and tip sheets - Coordinate and support training logistics, including scheduling, environment readiness, and materials distribution - Deliver classroom and/or virtual training sessions as needed - Partner with application teams, SMEs, and operational leaders to ensure alignment with workflows and system build - Support go-live activities including command center and at-the-elbow support - Maintain Epic training environment and ensure accuracy of training content post-updates - Mentor Associate Trainers and Credentialed Trainers as applicable - Ensure adherence to Epic training standards and best practices Qualifications - Epic Principal Trainer (PT) certification in one or more relevant modules - Prior experience supporting Epic implementations and/or large-scale upgrades - Strong understanding of clinical, revenue cycle, or operational workflows (based on module) - Experience developing both instructor-led and virtual/eLearning content - Excellent communication and facilitation skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with training tools (Epic curriculum tools, LMS platforms, MS Office, etc.) - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
