• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision. • Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress

• Design, lead and implement Clinical Strategy • Partner closely with Global Program Heads and other teams • Oversee the development of clinical study plans • Lead the creation and review of essential clinical documentation • Provide expert clinical input into regulatory and scientific documents • Lead the review, interpretation, and quality control of clinical data • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports • Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Perform and/or direct material take-off analysis of design drawings and specifications • Build bottom‑up cost estimates (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor) • Develop and document the Basis of Estimate (assumptions, exclusions, methodologies, sources, allowances, contingency, range of accuracy) • Document cost assumptions clearly for communication with the project team • Estimate waste characterization, handling, transportation, and disposal costs • Research and engage potential contractors to obtain competitive quotes • Collaborate with project teams and management in development of costing strategies and plans • Manage the preparation of a cost estimate to execute a proposed scope of work

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence • Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals • Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics (quality, compliance, collections) • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all required laws and standards • Build trust quickly through active listening, empathy, and strong communication.
