Role Description We’re building the next generation of AI-powered creative and visual workflows across two products - Crop.photo (fast-growing early-stage SaaS) and Evolphin (a mature MAM platform entering its next GTM phase). Both are already used by global retail and brand teams like Lacoste, Urban Outfitters, Mercedes, AP News, and UEFA. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives in a PLG environment - someone who can write, launch, analyze, and iterate quickly. You’ll work directly with the founder & CTO to drive our product-led growth motion, connect new AI features to real customer outcomes, and build the narratives that power our website, campaigns, and sales decks. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves turning ideas into stories that convert - and who’s as comfortable in Webflow or Figma as they are in a Google Doc or Notion. What You’ll Actually Do - Own the PLG narrative: Shape how users discover, try, and upgrade across both products. Turn product updates and AI features into compelling growth loops. - Create high-converting website content: Write and publish pages in Webflow (including CMS collections). Partner with design to ensure visuals and copy tell a unified story. - Run product launches: Plan, write, and execute launch campaigns across web, email, in-app, and social - from positioning to release notes to customer use cases. - Translate raw ideas into content: Work directly from founder notes, Figma mocks, or prototypes to produce content that’s clear, useful, and conversion-ready. - Build and maintain GTM assets: Keep our pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, and outbound materials crisp, current, and on-brand. - Record product demos and explainers: Use tools like Arcade, Screen Studio or Loom to highlight key use cases (PDP asset creation at scale &, brand compliance). - Study the market: Track competitors and category trends to refine messaging and identify whitespace opportunities. - Prioritize what moves the needle: Balance polish and speed - know when “good enough” gets us faster to learning or traction. Qualifications - 4–6 years total experience in a pure Product Marketing Manager role — experience must be exclusively in product marketing, not in product management, program management, or other adjacent roles. - Experience working at least in 2 product-led SaaS or startup environments — ideally Seed to Series B stage companies where you’ve owned positioning, launches, and go-to-market execution. - You can write fast and clearly. You care about clarity over fluff, and you know how to make complex AI features sound useful, not abstract. - You’re comfortable publishing in Webflow, building decks in Figma Slides, and working from Figma mocks, PLG tools like Product Fruits or Arcade demo videos. - You naturally think in terms of ICP pain points, messaging, and conversion, not just “content.” - You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving, no-handholding environment. - Bring strong visual taste and design judgment - the websites, decks, or launch pages you’ve worked on should look as good or better than www.crop.photo. If not, this role isn’t the right fit. - Understand the visual production and creative-operations needs of retailers, marketplaces, and post-production teams. - Are sharp, resourceful, and decisive - you don’t wait for perfect specs, you move things forward. - You know how to research competitors, analyze market moves, and shape product messaging that stands out. Preferred Experience - B2B SaaS demand generation. - LinkedIn content programs and executive thought leadership. - Reddit marketing and community engagement. - SEO-driven content strategies. - Product-led growth motions. - Marketing AI, SaaS, workflow automation, creative operations, or adjacent technology products. How to Apply Send us two things that show you’re a strong fit for this role: - A link to something you’ve worked on (site, deck, landing page, etc.) that demonstrates your aesthetic quality and content clarity. It should look as good or better than www.crop.photo. If it doesn’t, this isn’t the right fit. - A short (1–2 minute) video explaining one idea you believe could be a game-changer for generating qualified leads for either Crop.photo or Evolphin. It could be a campaign, a channel play, a partnership, or something else that could make an impact fast. Record it using Loom, Screen Studio, or even your phone - we’re evaluating clarity and insight, not production quality. Why This Role Is Epic - Be part of a potential GenAI unicorn from day one. - Collaborate directly with founder and leadership to execute winning strategies. - Build something massive with backing from Evolphin and 12,000+ existing users. - Work with cutting-edge Gen AI platform that creative professionals actually love. - Help craft the product marketing playbook for brand visual consistency tools. - Establish yourself as a pioneer in an emerging product category. - Receive meaningful equity at an early stage with massive upside potential. About Our Products At the intersection of AI and visual media, our platforms are transforming how brands maintain consistency at scale: - Crop.photo leverages cutting-edge AI to help brands ensure visual consistency across all media assets. With over 12,000 users already, our platform automates image and video processing to maintain brand identity across product photos, promotional materials, and more. - Evolphin is a leader in digital & media asset management, with deep expertise in transforming media workflows for retail, eCommerce, media & entertainment, and beyond. - As these platforms converge, you'll be at the forefront of a revolutionary approach to brand management – combining intelligent asset organization with AI-powered brand compliance in a unified solution that will redefine creative workflows.
