Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive for our Government & Military Sales Team. In this role you will be reporting to EMEA Regional Manager and will assume responsibility for sales of digital aviation solutions to Government and Military customers in the Northern European Countries. This role is pivotal in leading sales campaigns, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP) goals. - Drive sales pipeline and continuously work on accurate forecast - Lead sales campaigns, balancing enterprise, business unit, and customer goals - Negotiate and finalize commitments with customers - Develop and implement campaign-specific strategies, securing resources and management commitment for successful execution - Monitor campaign project status and budget requirements through established metrics - Leverage comprehensive knowledge of products and services to support customer commitments and foster business growth - Research and analyze competitive landscape - Establish and maintain a broad network to address customer needs and promote Jeppesen ForeFlight's values - Prepare proposals and contracts Qualifications - Experience in B2B and/or B2G sales in Europe, preferably in aviation and/or software-related fields - Proven ability to develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships - Cultural knowledge and business experience in Europe - Willingness to work a flexible schedule with moderate travel requirements Requirements - Passion for aviation and sales! - Prior experience in the aviation industry, flight planning, or as a military and/or professional pilot is a major plus - Experience selling to European Governments and Ministries of Defense, as well as third-party integrators and international military entities is a plus - Proficiency and business fluency in English, other European languages is a plus Company Description Jeppesen ForeFlight is a leading provider of innovative aviation software solutions, serving the Commercial, Business, Military, and General Aviation sectors globally. Working Conditions - Work in weather conditions throughout the year (heat, cold, wet conditions). - Travel by air and motor vehicles is required and frequency will vary based on assigned territory. - Overnight travel will be required based on demand and size of the territory. - Will be on active construction sites on a regular basis. Training & Travel Requirements This position includes a paid 9–12-week training program consisting of both classroom instruction at our corporate office in Carlisle, PA and hands-on field training at various locations throughout the United States. Travel, lodging, and meal expenses during training are fully covered by the company. During the training period, employees should expect a combination of travel and time spent in Carlisle, PA. While some weekends may allow for travel home, candidates must be available to remain in Carlisle on destinated weeks as needed throughout the duration of the program.
